We are looking for a talented “UI/UX Designer” to join our energetic and highly motivated team.

As part of our Design team, you will engage in a critical role by crafting wireframes with precise details and designing intuitive, user-centric mobile app interfaces. You will collaborate with highly skilled professionals in the mobile application field. Your commitment and skills are crucial for influencing the growth and achievement of our applications.
What you will do:
Develop UI/UX designs that clearly convey product functions and brand identity, while also enhancing and refining existing designs.
Design innovative user interfaces for our mobile applications to ensure an outstanding user experience.
Work closely with the development team to understand requirements and transform them into compelling, visually appealing designs.
Create prototypes, concepts, user flows, layouts, and mock-ups to guide the design process.
Stay current with market trends, new technologies, and design techniques, integrating them proactively into our design strategy to maintain cutting-edge relevance.
Mentor and guide the design team, promoting a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
Utilize user engagement data to evaluate the effectiveness of your designs and inform future improvements.
What we look for
A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Arts, or a related field; candidates with degrees in other disciplines will also be considered.
At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design within the mobile app industry.
Proficiency in Figma is essential, with additional skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator being advantageous.
A design thinking approach, characterized by creativity and a problem-solving mindset.
Independence in managing projects from inception to completion with minimal guidance.
A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in UI/UX design, particularly within the mobile app sector.
Excellent multitasking and time management skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative team spirit that enhances our collective success and promotes a supportive work atmosphere.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, that facilitate clear and constructive exchanges of ideas and concepts.
A receptive attitude toward feedback, embracing it as a pathway to personal and professional growth.
Fluency in English, necessary for engaging in detailed technical discussions and collaborating effectively.
What does the recruitment process look like?
1. Application Review: We will carefully review your CV to evaluate your accomplishments and qualifications.
2. Interview: A 30-minute Google Meet interview with our People & Culture Specialist will be conducted to discuss your experience, expectations and potential synergies. This will help us determine how we can collaborate effectively.
3. Case Study: You will be provided with a project relevant to the position, which you will complete to demonstrate your proficiency and practical knowledge.
4. Technical Meeting: A Google Meet session with our team lead will be arranged for you to engage in in-depth discussions on technical topics that align with your expertise. You will be asked specific questions to further showcase your technical skills.
5. Team Meeting: You will have an in-person meeting with the founders of Connectinno, during which we will discuss your expectations and explore how you can contribute to our team. This interview will also provide an opportunity for you to gain insights into Connectinno's culture and working environment.
6. Final Decision: Within a few days, we will inform you of our decision regarding your suitability for the role.
